Supported
Radius Servers:.
It supports all Radius
Servers but preferably
those which do the AAA
(authentication, authorization,
accounting) from SQL database,
for example.

Online Client
Bill Details:.
Users can see their
online usage including
date-time, Amount charged
and CLI.
Change Password
Option:.
Users can change their
password through the
web interface. Email
password can be different
from the dialup passwords.
Also pin code facility
is provided, pin code
is different from password
and it is used to see
the bill details of
a user. Even if the
user account is locked
user can use his Pin
code to see billing
and usage information.

User Locking/Unlocking:.
User accounts
are locked whenever
the balance falls below
their credit limit (online
termination) and their
accounts are automatically
unlocked whenever they
recharge their accounts.
Low Credit Alert Emails:.
Whenever the user balance
falls below the alloted
credit limit system
generates and sends
automatic email alerts.
Administrator can set
the low credit email
functionality against
the plans. The email
settings are provided
in the company setting
options, where email
text (Subject, Body)
is editable. Also the
number of warning emails.
Welcome Mail:.
Welcome email
will be sent to a user
at the time of new account
creation. The email
text (Subject, Body)
is also editable. Also
the email server settings
options are provided.
Welcome email are not
sent in case of prepaid
card users.
Prepaid/Postpaid
billing:.
Both prepaid
and postpaid billing
models are supported
in ISPmasters Billing.
In postpaid billing
users don't get blocked
whereas in prepaid billing
users get disconnected
and blocked whenever
their current balance
becomes less than their
credit limit. Usually
prepaid users have zero
credit limit.
Support for
multiple hourly packages:.
Rates can be
made flexible for a
day and night hours,
also rate can differ
between weekdays. There
is no limitation on
the number of hourly
packages.
Prepaid/Scratch Cards:.
In this module
prepaid (scratch) cards
are generated, activated
and sold to dealers
or locations (outlets
of an ISP). The complete
information about cards,
dealers and location
is maintained in the
database.
MultiLevel Marketing/Dealers
Option:.
ISPmasters
Billing Supports dealer/location
network. Dealers can
take cash and create
users from their premises.
Also administrator can
restrict dealers to
their credit limits
and also to the number
of users that a dealer
can create. Payment
history of dealers and
locations is maintained
in the database. Also
check bounce functionality
and reporting is provided.
Customer self-care:.
A complete
customer self-care section
is provided, where user
can login and see his/her
usage, invoices, payment
history, can change
their password and manage
their email accounts.

Technical support (help
desk):.
In this module
all the data of a particular
user can be viewed by
the technical support
persons. A technical or
help desk person can view,
user status (locked- unlocked),
payment details, check
the CLI option, can check
pin code; can assign new
pin code and active session.
Sales Persons Module:.
Sales Persons
Module can be turned on
or off. Normally ISP's
hire sales persons for
marketing, in order to
boost their sales. In
ISPmasters Billing bonus
method of sales person
is implemented so that
their performance can
be evaluated.
Customized Reports:.
Billing system administrators

which the administrators
